We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management. This is a leadership role that requires strong culinary skills, creativity, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee execution of the Tadich Grill menu classics.
- Develop and create innovative menus that meet the needs and preferences of our guests
- Oversee all food preparation and ensure that high-quality standards are maintained
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, budgeting, and cost management
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality and efficient workflow
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events, banquets, and catering services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Stay updated on industry trends and new culinary techniques to continuously improve our offerings
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food service management principles and practices
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred
